The Augusta Group started business back in 2001. And we’ve come a long way since. We are building a different construction company. We believe that strong client relationships come from working with smart people you know (and like). Our company is comprised of a team focused on doing business transparently and assisting our clients in exceeding their building objectives. We are making this a relationship business—one project at a time.
ARCHIE ANDERSON – MANAGING PARTNER & GENERAL MANAGER
Archie’s in the business of building – building businesses that create efficient solutions for customers. He’s been an entrepreneur, leader and executive for 30+ years spanning the technology, risk management and healthcare industries. Archie’s collaborative approach and attention to customer and investor specific business needs has led to many successful projects creating product, technology and service solutions. Applying those same principles and practices to construction services, beyond running the business overall, he’s driving our general building process from beginning to end. Keeping up to date on project activity and progress is not only something he enjoys, but something that is a constant necessity for any successful contractor.
Archie’s objectives for The Augusta Group commercial construction service business are 2-fold:
- Help owner and developer customers achieve their vision
- Continually strengthen construction industry relationships with architects, designers, engineers and subcontractors who are integral stakeholders
There’s always a solution for everything, whether it is a problem or an opportunity. Put simply, it’s all about how we can collaborate with our customers, partners and suppliers to create that solution. There is no “one size fits all” solution or approach to our business. We apply our entrepreneurial spirit combined with skilled construction practitioners and best practices. We believe this gives us an advantage in helping our customer to achieve their goals.
NICK REMS - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Nick started his construction career at age 14 when he worked his way through high school and college as a window installer and civil engineering Intern with the City and County of Denver. Since joining The Augusta Group in 2019 as an Assistant Project Manager Nick has helped actively manage every stage of the projects from preconstruction to construction and closeout. During this time, he acquired the skills and experience necessary to move into a Business Development role where he focuses on new business opportunities and sales activities in the greater Denver Metro and Colorado market. Nick received his bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University and is currently seeking his master’s degree in Engineering & Construction Management.
Katrina Bochy – Operations Manager
Katrina provides leadership and broad management control over day to day operations at The Augusta Group. She’s the glue that pulls processes, details and people together. Katrina directed operations at several companies that focused on commercial construction, restaurants and historic renovation. She previously owned Burgundy Construction and managed high-end residential projects for new construction projects across Colorado and Utah. Throughout her 25+ years in construction, Katrina has developed a solid network of trusted subcontractors and vendors, and continually focuses on increasing productivity and job satisfaction.
